Our own interpretation of a "healthy" sausage. An excellent source of high-quality protein and healthy fats like omega-3 fatty acids, The Basa Sausage have a clean, savory, smoke flavor with a texture similar to a boudin blanc. A well balance flavor without the fishy smell or aftertaste.
